I need motivation!

I'm sitting here in front of my computern an staring at a picture by georges de la tour. I have to do a seminar paper. That wouldn't be bad if it is a short one. But no, it has to be 5-6 pages long (image description, analysis and interpretation. In addition to this a cover, title page, contents, source directory. And to perform this great *ironic* picture. There must be a power point presentation and handouts. And all must be done until thursday next week.
Aaaaand today my very nice german teacher want me to make a poem interpretation until monday. I think it'll be 3-5 pages. 
     
So I really need some motivation. In my head there are maaaany other things and ideas what I could do......      

Please help me and write something that motivates me
